I didn't think this one would possibly happen, but Janet Jackson confirmed it...she will not be a judge on The X Factor next season due to not being able to fit it into her schedule. The search continues for Simon Cowell to fill the chairs of Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger for next season with auditions already starting in a couple weeks. Still in the rumor mill: Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne and Fergie.
