Just when she talks about how she is on the comeback and is a homebody now and doesn't go out clubbing, she goes and hits some pedestrian in a parking lot of a Hookah Lounge in L.A. and then flees the scene. Since no injuries were reported at the time, no ticket was issued. However, the guy later received medical attention and could press charges...of course he did. Some people will do anything for attention. Now if charges are pressed this could screw up her probation, which I still don't understand how she can still be on probation...get it together girl and actually stay home like you claim you do nowadays!
