Time Magazine Names 2012's Top 100 Most Influential People

Time magazine has released it's list for 2012 of the 100 most influential people in the world. This is the ninth year for the list and includes President Barack Obama, Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, pop star Rihanna, comedian and TV star Chelsea Handler, breakout movie star Kristen Wiig, TV personality and comedian Stephen Colbert and many more. This year's list includes 38 women, which is the highest number ever for women, so go them! The list is divided into five categories: Moguls, Breakouts, Icons, Pioneers and Leaders.

  1. I know he was on the short list and came close, but I think Marc Maron should be on there. He has a podcast that is doing wondrous things for podcasting...he has a TV show coming out too, so look for him on it next year!
