Hilary Duff didn't do some big magazine spread...make money off her baby's pictures (not sure if anyone would have paid her for the pictures though). Nope...she sent out a tweet of a picture of her new baby son, Luca...look at those big ol' blue eyes...so cute! Do you tweet pictures?
