Apparently someone was still celebrating from their birthday on April 3. Amanda Bynes was arrested early this morning in L.A. for drunk driving after she ran into a cop car at a stoplight...oopsie. As of the last report, Bynes was still in custody on a $5,000 bond...come on girl, use some of that movie money and get out of there, right?
