Good Morning America's Robin Roberts Announces Bone Marrow Disorder

Robin Roberts, co-host of Good Morning America, announced this morning that she has been diagnosed with a blood and bone marrow disease called MDS. Ms. Roberts, a breast cancer survivor, said she will receive a bone marrow transplant from her big sister, who appeared in the studio with her on Monday morning. The transplant will take place later this year and will most likely require Ms. Roberts to be away from the morning show for a period of months. We can only wish her the best of luck!
