Teen burglars in Arlington Heights, IL, admitted to killing the goldfish in a home they burglarized because they "didn't want to leave any witnesses." Yes, you read that right. After stealing a Nintendo game system, CD player, 30 video games, 30 DVDs, a BB gun, jewelry and fire safe containing personal papers and photographs from the home sometime between Jan. 22 and Jan. 24, the boys then went on to kill the goldfish using a concoction of hot sauce, mustard, ketchup and spices. Now the teens face cruelty to animals charges in addition to a residential burglary charge. Smart kids there in Illinois!
