Lindsay Lohan is back at it again. She is now being charged with felony grand theft. She just got out of rehab and allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace from a jeweler. She claims she borrowed it. This girl just needs to hang it up....and if the charges are true, she should go to jail for a while. She has been on probation for her DUI for like 5 years it seems. Throw her in jail!!!
