Forget the fact her attorney was able to post her bond, come Monday, Lindsay Lohan's ass should be thrown in jail. When she is out partying it up in France and all over the place the past two years, I would consider that a violation of probation for her DUI. She is a human being. She is a celbrity (kind of), but she is still a human being and should be treated like every other person would under these circumstances. Sorry Lindsay, but go munch on some carpet in the big house for a while....you deserve it!
