Spanking Kids Creates Bullies?

A new study says that Moms who spank their 3-year-olds may be increasing their children's risk of aggressive behavior, such as bullying, by the time they turn 5.

I find this to be absurd. I was spanked as a child growing up and last time I checked I never went around bullying anyone. I feel kids are getting more and more out of control because of the lack of discipline parents are allowed to give their children. Just my thoughts. What do you all think?
