Looks like things aren't going so well at The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The late night program has laid off 20 staffers and apparently Jay Leno has taken a big paycut! The departments that have been affected and the reason for the layoffs have not been announced. I am baffled by this. They normally win the ratings war, especially in key demographics, so why the layoffs and paycut? Tell me your thoughts in the comments!
