Talk about a big weekend for the box office. With some huge ticket sales coming in this weekend, Madagascar 3: Eurpoe's Most Wanted took home the #1 spot with $60 million in ticket sales and right behind them in the #2 spot was Prometheus, which took in $50 million. The two movies helped the totals gain 30% over last year's numbers on this weekend! The rest of the Top 5 were Snow White and the Huntsman ($23 million), Men In Black 3 ($13.5 million) and The Avengers ($10.8 million).
