With as tough as a time Giuliana and Bill Rancic have had over the past couple years, let's hope this news sticks and they can welcome a healthy baby into their family. Giuliana went on the Today show this morning to announce that they are expecting a baby, which is due late summer. The couple conceived the baby via a gestational surrogate, meaning that the Rancics will be the genetic parents. The surrogate mother lives out of state, but the Rancics accompany her on all the visits to the doctor. They know the sex of the child, "but we're seeing how long we can keep it secret," Giuliana said on Today. Best of luck to the hopeful parents!
