Sandra Uher, a Chicago native, was to appear in court last week for her sixth DUI. Well to help calm her nerves for the court appearance, apparently Uher drank some....happens to us all!
Uher's bail was revoked, and she was remanded to the Cermak Hospital at Cook County Jail in Chicago following the intoxicated appearance, according to an Associated Press report. The DUI arrest for which she was appearing in court was Uher's sixth since 1997. In March of this year, she was stopped by police after running a stop sign in suburban Elgin, Illinois. Police said that her blood-alcohol content at the time of the arrest was an astonishing 0.30, nearly four times the legal limit of 0.08, NBC Chicago reports.
