On Wednesday, a Florida appeals court struck down a state law barring gay men and lesbians from adoption on the basis of equal protection under law.
What? Equal rights for gays and lesbians? Is Florida crazy? Good for you though.....an appeal may come though....let's hope not! Good job Florida!!!
