Prop 8 Ruled Unconstitutional

A couple more hurdles to overcome, but a federal judge in California ruled today that Proposition 8, the voter approved ballot measure that banned same-sex marriages, is unconstitutional to gays and lesbians to marry the partners of their choice.

This announcement will likely be appealed to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and then up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Bring it on....looks like we have some people in the judicial system that believe in equality, unlike the voters in California!!!
