Paris Hilton was arrested in Las Vegas late Friday night for possession of cocaine. How will she get out of this one? She's had a DUI and earlier this year had charges for possession of marijuana in South Africa dropped. This is a felony charge honey, hoping the best for you!

Lack Of Privacy

A federal appeals court in California ruled today that law enforcement officers may secretly place a GPS device on a person's car without seeking a warrant from a judge. This allows them to track the locations the vehicle has driven.

This is a video from the surveillance camera of a cop car on I-675 of a one-car accident on Monday in Ohio. The driver was said to be driving 100 mph earlier and swerving from lane to lane. The driver is in critical condition as of now. Slow down people.....you'll get there.

Impeach California Judge That Overturned Prop 8???

The American Family Association is calling for the impeachment of Judge Vaughn Walker, the federal judge from California who overturned Proposition 8 as unconstitutional.

I find it funny that if he would have ruled that Prop. 8 stands as is, he would have been a hero, but since he ruled it was unconstitutional there was no way the case should have even made it in his courtroom. These crazy, Christians are just that.....crazy!

Prop 8 Ruled Unconstitutional

A couple more hurdles to overcome, but a federal judge in California ruled today that Proposition 8, the voter approved ballot measure that banned same-sex marriages, is unconstitutional to gays and lesbians to marry the partners of their choice.

This announcement will likely be appealed to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and then up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Bring it on....looks like we have some people in the judicial system that believe in equality, unlike the voters in California!!!

A Mayor vs. Nerd In November

Michigan voters spoke today and they chose Democratic Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero to face-off against Republican businessman Rick "One Tough Nerd" Snyder.

I can't believe Republicans chose a guy who has never run for political office and ran his campaign as "one tough nerd" to be their chance to take the capitol back over.
