Let's file this in under "What the hell was she thinking?" Lindsay Lohan seems to be one that doesn't give a shit anymore. This look is horrendous, plus she is smoking...ugh! Lindsay Lohan flashed some major side boob and some love handles along the way. The shorts are ugly and she could brush her hair every once in a while. But, another story about Lindsay Lohan boobs!
